Audio Tech Appointments are available for:
- Hearing Aid Troubleshooting
- Hearing Aid Not Working
- Hearing Aid Cleaning
- Hearing Aid Bluetooth/Connection Issues
Please note: Audio Tech appointments are NOT AVAILABLE for issues requiring a visit with an audiologist, including Medicaid and Medical Assistance recipients, Hearing Aid Issues Requiring Device Re-programming (Sound Quality Issues, Feedback, etc.), and Earmold Issues. To schedule an appointment with an audiologist, please call us at 651-770-1363.
Audio tech appointment charges*:
- $45 for a set of hearing aids
- $30 for single hearing aids
*If you received your hearing aids through Midwest Hearing, you may have an active Professional Service Plan, which includes the cost of follow-up services, or you may “pay as you go” for services.
