- He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston Texas where he was an Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society member
- He grew up in Texas where both his parents were physicians at the Texas Medical Center
- He’s a self-proclaimed “foodie” and loves to experience new foods and cook
- He is passionate about foreign languages and has studied, Spanish, Italian, and Arabic
