We’re proud to share that Dr. Kristi Gravel, Director of Midwest Hearing, presented at AuDacity 2026, the annual conference of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA) in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The ADA has hosted AuDacity since 2016 as a gathering place for audiologists focused on leadership and new ideas in hearing care. This year it brought together practitioners, educators, and industry partners from across the country.
Sharing her expertise with fellow audiologists
On Saturday, October 3, Dr. Gravel led a 90-minute session for audiologists and practice leaders. Her talk focused on the leadership side of hearing care: how a practice makes thoughtful, deliberate decisions about the way it serves patients, and how leaders support their teams through change. She also explored how practices can modernize around what today’s patients are looking for, and how each one can define what modernization looks like for its own patients and team.
Dr. Gravel wasn’t the only one representing Midwest Hearing. Dr. Kelly Veit and Dr. Amanda Salmon also attended the conference and took part in the discussion and Q&A that followed her presentation.
