
Anna Hanson, PA-C, earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University’s Central Coast campus in Santa Maria, California. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Anna brings more than five years of direct patient care experience across high-acuity settings, including emergency medicine, otolaryngology, and pediatrics. She completed clinical rotations in Emergency Medicine at M Health Fairview in Minneapolis, Surgery at Endeavor Health in Skokie, Behavioral Health at AFG Family Guidance in Northfield, and Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Women’s Health, and Pediatrics at Near North Health in Chicago.
Before becoming a Physician Assistant, Anna worked here at Midwest Ear, Nose & Throat as a Clinical Technician, where she supported both ENT and Facial Plastics providers and assisted with a wide range of in-office procedures. She is excited to return to Midwest ENT following her PA training to continue providing compassionate, patient-centered care for both pediatric and adult patients.
Anna is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Outside of work, Anna volunteers as a youth hockey coach with the DinoMights. She also enjoys downhill skiing, traveling, and finding new restaurants.
