Katie helped me with a problematic hearing aid (replacement of wire was needed to stop static and high-pitched ringing), then went WAY beyond what I had come in for by answering ALL of my questions concerning the need for replacement of both hearing aids in the future. She was respectful and provided enough details to cover all of the bases. I am grateful every time I come into the office as this is how ALL staff members are, especially including the front desk team who take care of all of our pre and post-appointment needs.
