Inspired by her own family&#8217;s experience with her brother&#8217;s cochlear implant and the wonderful audiologists who supported them, Madeline pursued a career where she could provide the same compassionate care to other families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Madeline holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Affairs and Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Colorado in Boulder, CO. She furthered her education with a Master of Arts in Speech-Language-Hearing and a Doctor of Audiology degree, both from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN. During her training, she completed an externship in Pediatric Audiology at the M Health Fairview &#8211; Lions Children&#8217;s Hearing &amp; ENT Clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outside of her professional life, Madeline enjoys walking around the chain of MN lakes, spending time outdoors with her fianc\u00e9e, reading, playing board games and trivia with friends, and traveling. Madeline grew up in Maryland, near Washington, DC, and now enjoys visiting her family who are spread across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Madeline is known for her patient and family-centered approach to audiology. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and has already made significant professional strides, including winning the prestigious Jerry Northern Scholarship in Pediatric Audiology from the American Academy of Audiology Foundation.
