He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, Texas, where he was an Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society member.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Farhood grew up in Texas, where both his parents were physicians at the Texas Medical Center. He\u2019s a self-proclaimed \u201cfoodie\u201d and loves to experience new foods and cook.&nbsp; He is passionate about foreign languages and has studied Spanish, Italian, and Arabic.
